Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms govern the use of 'STeach for SNOW' (the 'Service') provided by Japan Food & Beverage Foreign Employment Association (the 'Company'). All users of the Service agree to these Terms before use.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a platform providing search and booking for ski and snowboard schools and lessons. A booking is confirmed when the user completes the booking request and receives confirmation from the Company or the listed facility.

Article 3 (Fees)

Lesson fees are set by each facility. Fees may differ by platform or booking method even for the same lesson. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Article 4 (Cancellations & Changes)

Bookings can be cancelled online. Cancellation fees may apply based on each facility's cancellation policy depending on the timing of the cancellation.

No-show cancellations on the day of the lesson may result in the full lesson fee being charged. For changes to bookings, please contact the facility directly.

Article 5 (User Obligations & Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Registering or booking with false information
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Harassment or nuisance toward other users or third parties
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's permission
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Suspension & Forced Withdrawal)

If a user violates the preceding article or engages in conduct contrary to these Terms, the Company may suspend the account, force withdrawal, or take other measures without prior notice.

Article 7 (Copyright)

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, repurpose, or reuse such content without prior written permission from the Company.

Article 8 (Changes to Listed Information)

The Company may add, remove, or modify listed facilities without prior notice to users. Lessons may also be cancelled or changed due to facility circumstances.

Article 9 (Service Suspension)

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Company is not liable for any damages to users resulting from such suspension.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Service is a platform connecting schools/facilities with users. Responsibility for lesson content, quality, facility conditions, injuries, damages, and lost items lies with each facility, and the Company bears no responsibility for these matters. Disputes between users or between users and facilities should be resolved between the relevant parties.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon publication on the Service. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 12 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign or pledge rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
