Schedule for the Day ① Check in at the SAJ Minehara Ski School ② Be ready to ski and gather at the lesson meeting point 5 minutes before the start time ③ Lesson begins 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM *Please allow plenty of time to arrive on the day of the event, as preparations may take some time.

What to Bring

・If you do not have your own equipment, please arrange to rent it or make other arrangements in advance before coming to check-in. ・Please come prepared with gear appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions.

Notes

・If you arrive late during check-in hours, we may have to cancel your lesson. ・During the lesson, parents or guardians must wait within the ski resort and ensure they can be contacted immediately. ・Please bring warm clothing appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions. It’s a good idea to bring a spare pair of gloves. ・For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet. If you plan to wear goggles over your helmet, please make sure the strap is long enough. *We recommend purchasing insurance coverage. ・Lift tickets are not included in the lesson fee. Please check with the ski resort to see if a lift ticket is required.

Weather Cancellation Policy
