Schedule for the Day ① Check in at the SAJ Minehara Ski School ② Be ready to ski and gather at the lesson meeting point 5 minutes before the start time ③ Lesson begins 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM *Please allow plenty of time to arrive on the day of the event, as preparations may take some time.

What to Bring

・If you do not have your own equipment, please arrange to rent it or make other arrangements in advance before coming to check-in. ・Please come prepared with gear appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions.

Notes

*Please note that our ski school does not administer junior proficiency tests. Elementary and middle school students are asked to take the regular proficiency tests. ・If you arrive late for check-in, your lesson may be canceled. ・Lessons are conducted in groups with other students. ・Please follow the examiner’s instructions during the lesson. ・Please come prepared with gear appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions. ・For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet. ・Skiing is a dangerous sport. Please anticipate hazards and follow all rules and etiquette.

Weather Cancellation Policy

・In the event of strong winds or other conditions that cause the lifts to stop or the ski resort to close. ・Ski resort closure days *Minohara Ski Resort is generally open on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during the year-end and New Year’s holidays. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel for personal reasons. ※ Cancellation 3 day(s) before the lesson: 100% cancellation fee ※ No-show cancellation: 100% cancellation fee
