Schedule for the Day ① Check in at the SAJ Minehara Ski School ② Be ready to ski and gather at the lesson meeting point 5 minutes before the start time ③ Lesson begins 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM *Please allow plenty of time to arrive on the day of the event, as preparations may take some time.

What to Bring

・If you do not have your own equipment, please arrange to rent it or make other arrangements in advance before coming to check-in. ・Please come prepared with gear appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions.

Notes

・If you arrive late during check-in hours, we may have to cancel your lesson. ・Please follow the instructor’s instructions during the lesson. ・If you feel unwell or have an injury during the lesson, please notify the instructor immediately. ・Please come prepared with gear appropriate for the day’s temperature and weather conditions. ・For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet. ・Skiing is a dangerous sport. Please anticipate potential hazards and follow all rules and etiquette. *We recommend that you purchase your own insurance. ・Lift tickets are not included in the lesson fee, so please purchase them in advance. ・If there are children or juniors participating, at least one adult guardian must be present.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel for personal reasons. ※ Cancellation 3 day(s) before the lesson: 100% cancellation fee ※ No-show cancellation: 100% cancellation fee
